Beating the Putra LRT crowd
Ah.. after my Putra LRT - a convenience blog yesterday,
I've decided to "time-shift" my daily schedule and start my journey to work earlier.
Woke up at 6.30 instead of 7.00.
Got to the bus stop at 7.00 am (30 mins earlier).
Took the bus at 7.10am.
Bus reached Klang Bus stand at 7.30am.
Had a nice breakfast at Petaling Street - 7.45am.
Walked to the Maharaja Lela Monorail LRT instead of the Pasar Seni Putra LRT (7 mins).
At the Monorail LRT there was no crowd. I even managed to find a seat.

Reached work at 8.15am!! surprising the other early-birds at work.
Heh..so "time-shift" and avoid the hassle. Oh don't use Putra LRT if you can help it otherwise you may have to time shift an hour or more to avoid the crown.

Putra LRT a convenience? My Foot!
I used to think that the Putra LRT was a big convenience and it sure beats driving to the city.
No need to jam and find car park etc etc.

But lately, the LRT has been jam-packed especially going to work in the morning. I had to let 4 trains pass because it was just too full of people. Finally had no choice but to jam myself into a sardined packed train because I was late for work already.
Another I really hate is how everybody pushes in the train before I can even get out.

I hate to say it but some Malaysians are just plain brainless and uncivic-minded!!

No eyes for me
Woke up this morning and my eyes felt dry and uncomfortable. Looked in the mirror and saw that the left eye it was a little bit red at one corner. Great!! Not on a public holiday. I thought I could go to the mall and lepak a bit. As I had a bad eye infection before and took no chances and went to the eye hospital. Despite the tears coming out of my eyes by now, I managed to drive to the Eye Hospital.
Parked my car outside of the hospital and took a 5 minute walk to the Hospital. Took a picture of this with my handy camera phone just to make sure my eyes was not reading "bra" club wrongly.
Will not mention the name of this hospital but I guess those staying in PJ will recognize it.
It was a public holiday so they were working with a skeleton crew. So there was a nurse there at reception to "filter" the serious and not so serious cases. As it turned out she took one look at my eye and said it was not serious and "come again tomorrow". Ouch!!
I told her to check again in case it was really serious. By now she showed a face and I think I must have irritated her. She shone her penlight in my eyes and again repeated that "No. Nothing serious. Come back another day."
Before I could open my mouth she ignored me and attended the next person to be "filtered". How rude!!
Got back to my car and drive to a clinic where the doctor took one look and said that my eyes was infected. Gave me antibiotics and a host of other drops and artificial tears to keep my eyes moist. I was lucky it wasn't serious.
Hmph!! I just woke up after a long sleep to post this. My eyes are ok now.
Happy holidays!!
