TMNet hotspot raise prices
TMNet raised the price of their prepaid hotspot account!!
It was quietly placed in their "announcement" section without any mention of any price raise.
That really sucks as now I have to pay RM28 instead of the previous RM19 for one month access. That's a 47% increase in price.
What really sucks was that my friend who bought the older RM19 prepaid card (before the price raise) said he encountered account expired after only 2 weeks usage. It was supposed to be one month usage.
And they say that Malaysia has one of the lowest broadband penetration rate in Asia.
Hmmmm... I wonder why?
Now I'm thinking of subscribing to AirZed instead. Their price is still reasonable with RM39 for 3 months unlimited usage.
